DHM772.  Low Level Para Drop by Tim Fisher. <p> Depicting a Hercules dropping Paras at low level. <b><p> Signed limited edition of 1150 prints. <p> Image size 17 inches x 12 inches (43cm x 31cm)
DHM850B. The Paras are Landing by Terence Cuneo. <p>To achieve the effects Terence Cuneo needed to put this subject over with conviction, he stood on a Surrey heath watching men unload form the sky.  That seemingly gentle occupation turned out to be a shade less peaceful than he might have supposed.  A container came thumping down missing him by a couple of yards, followed rapidly by a paratrooper, whom he had not spotted, missing him by barely two feet.  As the aim was obviously improving, Terence Cuneo decided to move on.  Luckily, the grounded figures proved far less menacing to portray. Suez Drop, 5th November 1956 by David Pentland. <p> RAF Hastings drop men of 3 PARA battalion on the Egyptian airfield of El Gamil as part of the Airborne element of Operation Musketeer, (Anglo-French plan to re-open the Suez Canal after its closure by Egyptian President Nasser) Carried to their target by 18 Valettas and 9 Hastings of RAF Transport Command, and supported by Air strikes by Fleet Air Arm Sea Venoms and Seahawks they quickly succeeded in securing their objective. <b><p> Signed limited edition of 1150 prints.  <p>Image size 25 inches x 16.5 inches (64cm x 42cm)
DHM589. Dawn Descent by David Pentland. <p> A C130 Hercules MK1 from RAF Lynham Transport Wing, delivers a low level Brigade drop of Airbourne forces over Salisbury Plain.  The C130 Hercules is the workhorse of the Royal Air Force Air Transport (AT) fleet and is based at RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire, where it is operated by Nos 24, 30, 47 and 70 Squadrons.  The fleet totals 50 aircraft and is a mixture of C1/C3 aircraft and the new C-130J aircraft, designated C4/C5. <b><p> Signed limited edition of 1050 prints.  <p>Image size 25 inches x 16.6 inches (64cm x 42cm)
